We were appointed to manage and write two large-scale mental health tenders on their behalf.



South London and Maudsley NHS

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust provides the widest range of NHS mental health services in the UK and have an annual income of £363 million.

We were asked to lead on a number of tenders ranging from prison health to a high-profile research bid.


Four Seasons Health Care

Four Seasons Health Care (FSHC) is the UK’s largest independent health and social care provider and has an annual income of £180 million.

The company operates around 450 care homes and 60 hospitals and specialist care centres in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

We were asked to lead on all aspects of Business Development on an interim basis.


Dimensions UK

Dimensions are the UK’s leading provider of support services to people with learning disabilities and Autism and have an annual income of £120 million. Nine Yards were engaged to help Dimensions move towards a regional delivery model as well as ensuring that the transition of its BD and Marketing functions maintained business as usual.

The Children’s Society

The Children’s Society (TCS) is a leading national charity with an annual income in excess of £50 million. It became apparent to TCS that it needed to rapidly improve its business development capabilities, processes and tools. TCS also needed to adopt and embed a ‘winning culture’ throughout the organisation. Nine Yards was appointed to lead the delivery of this major change initiative.

Medical Mosaic (MML) is a ‘boutique’ Healthcare consultancy that specialises in facilitating improvements to clinical productivity through business change and technical support. We were engaged to help MML to embed a systematic approach to developing business.

Marston Group

Marston Group is the UK’s largest judicial services group with 1,200 staff recovering £250 million per year on behalf of the taxpayer, businesses and individuals through court order compliance. We were asked to lead their ITT response for a contract with HMRC to collect over £3 billion of overpaid Tax Credits.


Oasis Medical Solutions

Oasis Medical Solutions (OMS) design, deploy and support software solutions for the acute hospital sector. New business development at OMS had been stagnating for several years. Nine Yards was appointed to assist in developing their sales; marketing and business development function.
